NATURE OF PRODUCTS
The Ahil Shop specializes in perfumes and fragrance products. These are personal-use hygiene items and are sensitive in nature. Once opened or used, they cannot be resold due to contamination risks, bacterial exposure, and alteration of fragrance composition.
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all customers, we maintain strict return guidelines and do not accept opened or used products.
ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
Returns or replacements are only accepted in genuine and verifiable cases, reported within 48 hours of delivery via email.
- Product damaged during transit (e.g., cracked bottle, spilled contents).
- Leakage at the time of delivery (visible wet packaging or strong fragrance leakage upon opening).
- Incorrect product/variant received.
- Severely damaged packaging compromising product seal or integrity.
MANDATORY PROOF REQUIREMENTS
- Order ID (from confirmation email).
- Clear HD photos of product, packaging, and damage from multiple angles.
- Unboxing video (continuous recording without cuts or edits) starting from opening the sealed parcel to product inspection.

CUSTOMER-INITIATED RETURNS (SHIPPING & DAMAGE CONDITIONS)
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless the error is from our side.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
- Items must be packed securely to prevent transit damage.
If the returned product is received in damaged condition due to improper packaging by the customer, the return will be rejected.
Products that are broken, partially used, tampered, missing original packaging, or show signs of usage will not be accepted under any circumstances.
NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Fragrance preference issues.
- Longevity complaints due to skin or climate variation.
- Minor packaging dents not affecting usability.
- Opened or used products.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
REFUND PROCESS
- Product must be returned (customer-paid shipping unless stated otherwise).
- Inspection process (2–3 working days after receipt).
- Refund initiation (5–7 working days post-approval).
- Refund credited to original payment method.
Shipping charges, COD fees, or RTO charges (if applicable) will be deducted.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
- If product is in stock: Replacement shipped within 3 working days.
- If out of stock: Full refund processed.

RTO charges (₹100–₹200) will be deducted from refund where applicable.
DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating disputes. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account suspension and will be contested with proper documentation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Allergic reactions (patch test recommended).
- Improper storage (heat, sunlight exposure).
